Our take
Five Seas is the pick on our list for a year-round heated pool. At 28°C it is a degree and a bit cooler than Eden's 30°C, but the hotel says it is usable through much of the year. Cannes highs fall to 14.3°C in December and 13.6°C in January, so that matters.
Access is the downside. There is no day pass listed, and the hotel doesn't say whether outside visitors can swim. It does say the rooftop restaurant and bar welcome non-guests, with advance reservations recommended. If you want the pool itself, expect to book a room.
