No hotel among the 11 says its rooftop pool is heated, so don't count on warm water in winter. We have no event weeks for Da Nang, so the main thing to check is the hotel's own hours: TMS closes at 20:00 and Radisson at 9:30 pm.

Six well-known Da Nang hotels have no rooftop pool in the facts we hold, so they are left out of the ranking.
Mandila Beach Hotel. Neither source mentions a swimming pool, rooftop or otherwise. The Google Maps listing gives only an address, and the hotel's spa page describes a Royal Spa with no pool. Per the rules, no pool stated means not-rooftop.
Fivitel Danang Hotel. The hotel's own site describes a rooftop bar on floors 25 and 26, but no source mentions a swimming pool on the roof or top floor.
Hyatt Regency. Two sources describe the main pool as beachfront and at ground level (Facebook answers page and a 2026 ranking page). No source places a pool on the roof or a top-floor terrace.
InterContinental Sun Peninsula. The hotel's own amenities page names two outdoor pools, L_o_n_g Pool and Garden Pool, and no source places a pool on a roof. The ranking page says pools sit at ground level, but it does not name this hotel, so I did not use it. Pool count differs across the hotel's pages (one, two or three), which is noted under other.
Pullman Da Nang Beach Resort. Only third-party source is the ranking page, which says the pool sits at ground level and was wrongly listed as rooftop. The excerpt does not name Pullman explicitly, and no hotel-owned page was provided. The Google Maps listing has no pool information.
Furama Resort Da Nang. The hotel's site describes a freshwater swimming lagoon pool and private pool villas, and the ranking page says its pool is at ground level, in a low-rise resort. No rooftop pool is mentioned in any source.
G8 Luxury Hotel. The only source is a Google Maps listing that describes the hotel as an extended stay hotel at 59 Lê Duẩn. It mentions no swimming pool of any kind, so no rooftop pool can be confirmed.
Naman Retreat. The hotel's site describes swimming pools inside private villa courtyards. No rooftop or top-floor pool is mentioned in either source.
