Stay here if heat matters: it's the only heated rooftop pool on our list, and the highest floor published, the 14th. Swimming is limited to hotel guests, and no day pass is published.
The pool
Up on the 14th floor of the hotel in Country Club, the pool is heated. Access is for hotel guests only. The catch is that a visit without a room isn't possible.
Our take
JW Marriott is the other Country Club hotel on our list besides AC Hotel, and the two work differently. AC sells day passes. JW doesn't, so you need a room to get in.
That makes it the strongest choice for winter stays, when the heating helps. Average highs run 24.1°C in January and 24.3°C in December. The downside is cost, since the pool comes only with a room booking.
Good to know
- Heated pool, the only one on our list
- Pool on the 14th floor
- Hotel guests get the deck to themselves
The catches
- No day pass is published
- Non-guests can't swim
Best forTravelers who want a heated rooftop pool on a high floor and are booking a room anyway.
Skip it ifYou want to swim for a day without staying.
Getting in
The way in is a room booking: the pool is for hotel guests only, and no day pass is published.
The hotel doesn't publish age rules in the pages we have.
Tips
- Choose it for a November to January stay, when highs are 24.1 to 25.6°C and the heated water helps.
- Book the room first if the pool is your priority, since there is no day pass.
Before you go. If you are not staying, look at AC Hotel or Hard Rock instead, because JW doesn't publish a day pass.
