Heated, adults-only and open to hotel clients, this infinity pool suits you if you're staying anyway. It is the only pool on our list that the hotel says is heated, with Formentera in view.
The pool
The infinity pool is on the Roof Top Terrace, with Mediterranean Sea and Formentera views. Hammocks and Balinese beds surround it, and the Oneeighty cocktail bar is beside it. The hotel's website restricts it to hotel clients, and the floor isn't published.
Our take
Heating is the deciding fact. Ibiza's swim season runs best from July to September, but November highs average 19.6°C and January 15.7°C, so a heated pool gives you a longer window than the unheated decks on our list.
The downside is access. The hotel's website says clients only, and it publishes no hours, no season dates and no floor. ME Ibiza has a livelier rooftop with daily live music; this is the adults-only, bar-beside-the-pool alternative.
