Binn and ESTELAR Square both sit about 16 floors up. Binn states its rule, guests only, before you book.
The downside is the shared level. Etro Rooftop seats 80 guests or holds 150 in cocktail format, and it runs until 10pm Sunday to Wednesday and until midnight Thursday to Saturday. Pool hours aren't published, so ask at check-in how the deck works when the bar is busy.
