This is the lower pool of the two citizenM hotels on our list. The Brickell sister hotel puts its pool on the 20th floor at the same $25 day-pass price, so you pay the same for roughly half the height.
Against Hyatt Centric Brickell, which charges $40, this is the cheaper way into a Downtown rooftop. The downside is the adults-only rule: families with children can't use the day pass.
