Our take
The Crosby is a different kind of pool than the 14th-floor infinity pool at The Grayson, also Downtown. It is a spa-style plunge plus a rooftop hot tub. W Miami and SLS LUX Brickell are the other guests-only options with published floors, at the 15th and 9th floor.
The downside is the detail gap. The hotel names no floor, hours or temperature, and the plunge pool is private, so don't plan on swimming a length. Ask what is bookable and when before you pay for the room.
