The pool is on the 24th floor of this 5-star hotel on Pattaya 3rd Rd, in Pattaya City. Towels and shower facilities are at the pool area. Access is the weak spot: the hotel publishes neither who can swim nor pool hours.
Our take
Arbour and Somerset both put the pool on the 24th floor, but only Arbour has a dated event: rooftop fireworks dining from THB 3,500 net per table, on 27 and 28 November 2026. Siam@Siam goes higher, to the 27th floor, and publishes its hours. Arbour doesn't.
The downside is seating and access. Fundamental, the hotel's rooftop bar, seats only 25, and no day pass or bar-entry rule is published. Message the hotel before you count on a swim as a visitor.
