Go for the water and the layout: a salt-water infinity pool in an L shape, with glass walls and palm trees for shade. Floor, hours and access rules aren't published.
The pool
Salt-water infinity pool, L-shaped, on the rooftop in Khan Doun Penh, with glass walls and palm-tree shade. It overlooks central Phnom Penh. SLLA Sky Bar and Restaurant shares the roof and is open-air.
Our take
Aquarius is the only salt-water pool on our list, and the only one described as glass-walled and L-shaped. Chaiya Palace and Hotel Emion, also in Khan Doun Penh, publish a floor. Aquarius doesn't.
The sky bar and restaurant run 6:30 to 23:00, but those are restaurant hours, not pool hours. The pool's own hours and access are unpublished, so check before you rely on a swim.

Getting in
Rooftop pool access isn't published, and no day pass is listed. Staying is the route we can point you to.
The SLLA Sky Bar and Restaurant is open from 6:30 to 23:00 and sits on the same roof.
Tips
- Ask for the pool's own hours. The 6:30 to 23:00 figure is for the restaurant.
- Use the palm-shaded edges in the hottest months, March to May.
Before you go. Check whether non-guests can use the pool and what hours it keeps. The sky bar hours don't apply to it.
