Grands Suites has an infinity pool on its 11th-floor Eleven Eleven rooftop in Gżira, along with sunbeds, jacuzzis and a bar. The hotel describes views across Malta. The rooftop pool is shut in winter, early spring and late autumn.
Our take
Most pools on our list say nothing about outside visitors. Grands Suites names its pass, "Day By The Pool", and sells it on its own site. Verdi Gzira Promenade, a few minutes away on The Strand, is guests only.
