The pool
The Eleven Eleven rooftop sits on level 11 of the Grands Suites in Gżira. It has an infinity pool, jacuzzis, sunbeds and a bar, with views over Malta. Rooftop pool access is excluded in winter, early spring and late autumn.
Our take
Most pools on our list don't publish who can swim. Grands Suites does: guests swim free, and anyone else buys a Day By The Pool pass. That makes it the clearest option for a visitor staying elsewhere in Sliema.
The catch is the calendar. The rooftop is shut in winter, early spring and late autumn, and the day pass price isn't shown on the site. If you want a pool in those months, the heated indoor pool at Ease Spa is a separate option, and the hotel says outsiders are welcome there.
