SKYBEACH is an outdoor infinity pool on Level 19, with panoramic island and Mediterranean views and a pool bar beside it. It is seasonal, and the hotel's site lists a closure from 1 November to 30 April.
Our take
The 19th floor is the highest pool on our list that publishes its floor. Noru Hotel Malta, at 13th, is the next one up. It is also one of only two on our list that sell day passes, the other being Malta Marriott.
The catch is price. The day pass is sold on ihg.com but the fee isn't shown, and suite guests swim free while other guests pay extra. Check the figure before you plan around it.
