Hotel ZaZa and Austin Proper are the other guests-only pools on our list. 1 Hotel publishes the highest floor of the three at 16th, while Proper adds a heated pool on the 5th floor. The Westin Austin Downtown is higher at the 20th floor, but it sells day passes from $40.
