The pool
Sky Breeze Rooftop Pool & Bar sits on the sixth-floor terrace at Via Nazionale, with skyline views. The heated pool measures 12 x 3 m. Hotel guests can use it from 15 May to 15 October, weather permitting.
Our take
Glance publishes more than most pools on our list: floor, size, hours, season and heating. Plaza Hotel Lucchesi lets visitors in after 19:30, but at Glance you need a room to get up there.
The season is the catch. Heating helps in the cooler shoulder weeks, but nothing is open after 15 October, and the hotel's wording, weather permitting, means a cold or wet day can close the pool.
