Our take
Fairmont is one of the guests-only pools on our list, like Anatole in Hoan Kiem. The French Quarter is the quieter, more upscale side of the lake, so this suits a stay built around the hotel rather than the Old Quarter's scooter traffic.
The catch is access. If you aren't booked in, the rooftop pool is closed to you. The hotel opened in March 2026, so there's little track record on how busy the deck gets at weekends when the DJ is on.
