Book a day pass for a heated rooftop pool without taking a room. The Level 15 pool and hot tub are open to day-pass holders, and to anyone who spends at least HK$580 at the day spa.
The pool
Level 15 at 8 Peking Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, holds a heated pool with a hot tub and poolside loungers. The catch is price: langhamhotels.com sells the day pass, but the hotel doesn't show what it costs.
Our take
The Langham is one of two hotels on our list that sell a day pass, and the only one where the hotel's own site is the place to buy it. W Hong Kong sits far higher, but its pass goes through a third-party seller. Here you also get a heated pool, which matters in a city where December highs fall to 20.4°C.
The downside is the missing price. The spa route has a number, HK$580 minimum spend, but the day pass doesn't. Look at the pass page first, and read the pool rules: no alcohol, smoking or gambling in the spa, Health Club and pool area.
