The pool
The pool is a jacuzzi-pool (piscina-jacuzzi) on the rooftop terrace the hotel calls Terraza Chill Out, with water sun loungers and a solarium. Views take in the city and Castillo de Santa Bárbara. Floor and water heating are missing from the hotel's pages.
Our take
Odyssey and Hotel DDC are both on Carrer Gravina, but they suit different trips. DDC publishes a 7th floor and a heated, year-round pool. Odyssey publishes neither, so it makes more sense for a summer stay than a winter one.
The catch is the room-tier gate. Only superior or premium room and apartment guests are listed for the pool, and swimming ends at 20:00. The terrace bar opens at 18:00 in season, which leaves a two-hour overlap for a swim and a drink.
