Try Greystone if you want a low pass price: the 4th-floor rooftop pool is $25 on a limited ResortPass day pass. Anyone can also visit Sora Rooftop Bar daily from 5:00 PM.

The pool

Up on the Collins Building's fourth-floor rooftop in Miami Beach, the pool looks along Collins Avenue. Loungers sit by the pool, and Sora Rooftop Bar serves cocktails and light bites. The catch is the low floor and the limited day passes.

Our take

Greystone is the Miami Beach pick on our list and the lowest of the pools with a published floor, at 4. Hyatt Centric's 19th floor is far higher, but its pass costs $40 against Greystone's $25.

The day pass is limited, so it can sell out. Guests pay a $45 daily resort fee that includes rooftop pool access. If you can't get a pass, Sora Rooftop Bar admits anyone daily from 5:00 PM.
