125 hotels in 14 Spain cities have a pool on the roof. 10 of them let non-guests swim, usually with a day pass. 14 say the water is heated.

Benidorm
Ten rooftop pools, none selling day passes, two heated, and one with a published floor: the 7th at H10 Porto Poniente.
Salou
Ten rooftop pools, none selling day passes: Salou's are stay-to-swim, with adults-only terraces and one pool heated through winter.
Cadiz
Eight rooftop pools, one guests-only and heated. No day passes, and seven hotels leave access unpublished, so check before booking.
San Sebastian
Eight rooftop pools and no day passes. Guests only at four, and most open June to September.
Tenerife
Two rooftop pools sell day passes, three are guests only, and several are heated. Most are adults-only.
Alicante
Seven rooftop pools, no day passes. Three are guests only, two are heated, and only Hotel DDC publishes its floor.
Granada
Six rooftop pools, none selling day passes. Only Room Mate Leo is heated, and Hotel Luna stays open all year.
Las Palmas
Six rooftop pools, two heated, none selling day passes. Hotel LIVVO Lumm's SkyPool is heated and open 09:00 to 16:00 for guests.
Torremolinos
Five rooftop pools, no day passes. Four are guests only, and Hotel Ritual publishes a 9th-floor infinity pool.
Fuengirola
Four rooftop pools, one stated guests-only, three with access unpublished. Best swimming July to September.
Cordoba
Three rooftop pools and no day passes: one guests-only on the 7th floor, one saltwater, one open May to November.
Estepona
Three rooftop pools, none with published guest access; one has private terrace pools, one is an infinity pool reached by lift.
